There never seems to be enough time in the run up to Christmas. Between work, which gets busier as the calendar winds down, craft shows and family events, my homemade Christmas gifts often fall short of what I had planned.

Today I am powering through. This is actually one of the best sewing days of the year. Normally with my job a day off is really half a day because I still have to check in on email, take calls and so on. But no one is working today! I haven’t gotten an email in two hours!!! So here we go!

This will end up as a table runner for my mother in law. 

Several of these are cut out and ready to be finished

And the embroidery machine is going at full speed.
