Normally Maddie being in the sewing room wouldn’t be newsworthy, but today she did something crafty. While we were in Florida, her grandma T showed her how to make these adorable Santa sleighs using candy, glue dots and ribbon.

We all got one from Doris and thought they were the cutest thing ever. So, Maddie got her supplies together to make them for friends we will be celebrating NY eve with. She isn’t the neatest crafter ever, but she got the job done.

So while she is hoping that Jen and Tim. Zack, Justin, Jack, Kira and Patricia like their edible gifts, I am hoping she enjoyed the experience of gifting something handmade and finds her way into the sewing room more often!
