Quilts Everywhere I Look

Ok, not everywhere. But sometimes in unexpected places. For example, I spent the better part of yesterday in the ER and the hallway that I was taken down to get from the ER entrance to my room had these four beautiful quilts on the wall. They were behind glass and each strip of the askew log cabins had a signature on them. The artist who created them used grey in all four to tie them together. I was looking for a plaque to learn the significance of the quilts and signatures but didn’t find one. The nurse didn’t know either which made me sad.

I make a few signature quilts every year. I may have to try this idea.
